ITC ACTING
CLASSES START WEEK OF JANUARY 23
The Illinois Theatre Center of Park Forest has announced the schedule for the
Winter 2012 session of Drama Classes.
Now in its 36th year, the ITC Drama School’s program integrates all
aspects of theatre, providing students at all age and experience levels with a
coherent and well-rounded training program. All
courses offer instruction in movement, voice & diction, character development,
scene study, improvisation, and use of the imagination.
Tuition for the ten-week session is $80.
The teen class will be a 20-week double session, priced at $125
Here is the schedule
for the Winter session:
ADULT ACTING WORKSHOP
(Mondays 7:00
– 9:00 PM starting Jan. 23) Focusing on character development, stage presence
and audition preparation. Tuition:
$80
CHILDREN'S ACTING WORKSHOP
(Wednesdays
4:00 – 6:00 PM starting Jan. 25) For ages 6 though 13 – basic acting technique,
including movement, voice, diction, and motivation.
Tuition: $80.
TEEN PLAY PRODUCTION WORKSHOP
(Thursdays 4 -
6 PM starting Jan. 26) for ages 14 - 18.
This special 20-week doubled session will culminate in the production of
a full-length reader's theatre presentation, with two public performances in
early June. Tuition is $125.

ITC’s theatre in Downtown Park Forest at 371 Artists’ Walk (opposite Village
